Product Description: This coffee is from the village of Shalashli in the Kosher Governorate of the Yarqashevi region. It grows at an altitude of 1800 meters and is from the wild Ethiopian Hierlum strain. It is characterized by the scent of jasmine and a soft texture with the flavor of cherries and raspberries, with a medium acidity like that of pineapple. It has been processed by the method of drying on the beds.
