Exchange and return policy

• Food products such as coffee, tea, nuts, etc.: Exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product (exchange or return cannot be made after opening the product)

• Tools and machines:

a. Tools and machines can be exchanged for another product if BIAC customer service is contacted within 7 days of receiving the order.

B. Returned products: Tools and machines can be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect. Contact BIAC customer service within 7 days of receiving the order.

C. Products cannot be returned if used or if the carton or packaging has been opened.

Dr.. Used products are not exchangeable or returnable.

e. The customer bears full responsibility for delivery charges if the product is returned or exchanged. Beyyak.com will be responsible for the delivery fees if the product is proven to have a manufacturing defect.

• If the customer requests a refund, the transfer takes 3 to 5 business days.
